Some of my friends were passing this around Facebook a couple weeks ago. Very poignant! It stuck with me, as I'm about to have a daughter of my own this winter. I want her to feel beautiful and worthy in ways that matter. I want her to feel that she always has the power to improve herself for her own well being, but that she should never feel she has to "fix" herself to suit someone else.
